1. Check-in time?<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 12 a.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early check in we\u2018ll do our best to have your room available.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”chino”][vc_column_text el_id=”plethorathemes”]<\/p>\n

2. Check-out time?<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 12pm. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we\u2019ll our best to satisfy your needs.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”chino”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

3. Is Reception open 24 hours?<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

Yes, Reception service is available 24 hours.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”chino”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

4. Which languages are spoken at Reception?<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”chino”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

5. Are all of the rooms in your hotels en-suite?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

All of our rooms are en-suite except for the County Hotel where bathrooms are shared between four rooms \u2013 although there is a wash basin in every bedroom. All bathrooms come equipped with a bath and a shower, except some rooms at the President Hotel and the Tavistock Hotel which contain a shower only.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”chino”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

6. Are disabled rooms available at all of your hotels?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Disabled rooms are available at all of our hotels except the County; please contact the Central Reservation Department directly for further details prior to booking online.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”chino”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

7. Are tea and coffee-making facilities, and shampoo and shower gel, available in every room?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

A kettle, cup and saucer, and sachets of tea, coffee, milk and sugar are available in every one of our rooms, except rooms at the County Hotel. Shampoo and shower gel are provided in rooms at the Imperial Hotel, President Hotel and Bedford Hotel. They may be requested from the Housekeeping Department in the Tavistock Hotel.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”chino”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

8. Are hairdryers, universal adaptors and fridges available at all of your hotels?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Some rooms come equipped with a hairdryer. Alternatively they can be borrowed from the Housekeeping Department at any one of our hotels for a small refundable deposit.
